Hamptons War On Opioids: Narcan Training, Drug Takeback Planned
East End lawmakers and law enforcement are coming together, once again, to fight the war on opioids with Narcan training and drug takeback.

BRIDGEHAMPTON, NY — Lawmakers and law enforcement alike are coming together to fight back against the opioid crisis on the East End.
Suffolk County Legislator Bridget Fleming, along with Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone, the Hamptons Library, law enforcement community advocates and others are teaming up to host a Narcan training and drug takeback day.
Pierson High School will host Fleming, Kym Laube of HUGS, Inc., and Suffolk County Sheriff William Weick at an educational class on how to combat drug overdose on Tuesday, Dec. 18 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at The Hampton Library, located at 2478 Main Street in Bridgehampton.
