Hayground School's Farmers Market Set To Open For 2017 Season

The Bridgehampton market features more than 20 vendors, music, face painting, and pizza — fun for the whole family.

BRIDGEHAMPTON, NY — A sure sign of summer is about to blossom in Bridgehampton as the Hayground School's Farmers Market opens for the season on Friday, May 26 for the 2017 season.

The Farmers Market will be open every following Friday through September 1, from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Hayground School, located at 151 Mitchell Lane in Bridgehampton.

The Hayground School Farmers Market features more than 20 vendors including Wolffer Estate Vineyard, Mecox Bay Dairy, Open Minded Organics, Hamptons Brine, Peconic River Preserves, Joe & Liza's Ice Cream, Merken Fisheries, Patio Artistry, Clarkson Avenue Crumb Cake, Hayden's Orchard, and more.

"The Hayground School Farmers Market is so wonderful because it really feels like you're part of a community when you are there. They have amazing vendors and everyone just seems happy to be there," said Kurt Gumaer of Bridgehampton.

The market, which has a large tent for shade, also features music, face painting, and pizza.
