Local Chef to Open Specialty Farm Market and Eatery in Southampton

The owner of a popular local catering company will be opening the market and eatery at the Shinnecock Indian Reservation.

Local renowned chef Marco Barrila announced he will be opening a new specialty farm market and eatery at the Shinnecock Indian Reservation.

Barrila, currently the owner and Chef for Insatiable EATS LLC Catering to the stars, will be opening “Il Posto Mercato At The Rez” at the reservation’s “Outpost” located at 51 Montauk Highway in Southampton.

A date for the grand opening has not yet been announced, but will be announced shortly.

The Silician chef will be using local farm fresh products to support the local community.

In addition, Organic, GMO free, and gluten free choices will be available.

“Each ingredient is picked personally from natural local farms or imported from Sicily,” Barrila said.
