Location Of Former Red Bar In Hamptons On Market For $4.5M

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — An iconic dining destination in Southampton is on the market for the first time in more than 20 years.

According to Douglas Elliman, the location of the former Red Bar Brasserie at 210 Hampton Road has been listed for $4.5 million.

The Red Bar Brasserie, Douglas Elliman said, was "one of the most successful restaurants in Southampton's foodie history!"

The restaurant, the Douglas Elliman listing says, offers seating for 92 and "grandfathered" parking onsite and along Hampton Road. The property also includes a three-bedroom, two-bathroom single family residence, which is currently income producing, the listing added. Additionally, there are three bedrooms and one bath above the restaurant that are legal for staff housing.

"Both the restaurant and kitchen have been well cleaned and are waiting for their new owner!" the listing said.
