Man, 19, Found Unclothed In Car With Girl, 14, In Riverside: Police

RIVERSIDE, NY — A 19-year-old man was arrested after being found naked inside a car with a 14-year-old girl Saturday night in Riverside, police said.

According to Southampton Town police, at 9:08 p.m. an officer from the Community Response Unit, while conducting an extra patrol of the David Sarnoff Preserve, located a "suspicious vehicle."

Upon further investigation it was determined that the 19-year-old male was inside the vehicle with the girl, and both subjects were not clothed while seated in the car at the time that officers encountered them, police said.

As a result, Victor Elizade, of Riverside, was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, police said.

He was taken to police headquarters in Hampton Bays where he was processed and released on a desk appearance ticket for court at a later date, police said.
