Man Arrested After Stealing Jewelry, Selling Items To LI Pawn Shop: PD
He stole the jewelry from a home in Flanders, police say.
FLANDERS, NY – A Shoreham man was arrested after he sold multiple pieces of jewelry, stolen from a Flanders home, at a pawn shop in Rocky Point, police said.
On June 9, Aaron D. Hartmann, 33, was found in Shoreham, arrested, and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, Southampton Town police said.
The jewelry had been stolen from a home on Groves Drive in Flanders, which was burglarized in May, police said.

Hartmann was processed and released on an appearance ticket to return to First District Court at a later date, police said.
