Man Busted for Drunk Driving Monday Morning: Police
The man was found with an open container of alcohol just before 9 a.m. Monday, police said.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY - A Flanders man was busted for driving drunk early Monday, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, Fredy Giron, 31, of Flanders was arrested at 8:52 a.m. after several 911 calls reported a vehicle being driven erratically.
Officers stopped the vehicle and found Giron to be intoxicated, police said.

Giron was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors; speeding, failing to maintain his lane, unsafe passing, and open alcohol in a motor vehicle, all violations, police said.
He was transported to police headquarters, processed and arraigned at Southampton Town Justice Court; he was remanded to Suffolk County Jail in lieu of $1500 bail, police said.
