Man Caught Driving Drunk With Marijuana: Cops
He was nabbed at the traffic circle, police say.

FLANDERS, NY — A Selden man was arrested after he was found to driving while intoxicated with marijuana in Flanders, police said.
According to New York State Police, Joseph M. Condon, 22, was stopped for multiple traffic infractions at the County Road 104 and the County Road 31 traffic circle on Feb. 19 for multiple traffic infractions.
An investigation revealed Condon was in possession of marijuana and that he was driving while intoxicated, police said.

Condon was charged with fifth degree criminal possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated, police said.
Condon was transported to New York State Police Barracks Riverside where he provided a breath sample of .12% B.A.C. and was processed without incident; he is due back at Southampton Justice Court on March 5, police said.
