Man Charge With Taking Company Vehicle Without Authorization: PD
The vehicle was reported as stolen, police say.
WATER MILL, NY — A Manorville man was arrested and charged with taking a company vehicle without authorization Thursday, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, at 8:41 a.m., officers responded to Nardy Pest Control, located on County Road 39A in Water Mill, after a report of a stolen vehicle.
Officials determined that Leonides Olivencia, 42, took the vehicle belonging to the company without permission; with assistance from the New York State Police Department, Olivencia and the vehicle were located at his Manorville home, police said.

Olivencia was arrested and charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, police said. He was taken to the Southampton Town Police Department and then released on a field appearance ticket, police said.
