Man Charged With DWI After Christmas Crash In Southampton: PD
The crash took place on County Road 39, police say.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A North Sea man was arrested early on Christmas Day and charged with driving while intoxicated after a crash on County Road 39, police said.
According to Southampton Town police, the incident took place at about 1:54 a.m. on County Road 39 near North Sea Road in Southampton. Guadalupe Delossantos-Morastitla, 27, was heading east and involved in a motor vehicle crash with another vehicle, police said.
Delossantos-Morastitla was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor, and a traffic law violation, police said.

He was transported to the Southampton Town police headquarters for arrest processing and held to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court for morning arraignment, police said.
