Man Charged With DWI After Flanders Crash: Police
The crash took place Wednesday afternoon on Flanders Road, police say.
FLANDERS, NY — A Riverhead man was charged with driving while intoxicated after a crash in Flanders Wednesday, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, the crash took place at 5:34 p.m. on Flanders Road. Luis AvilaGutierrez, 25, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor DWI, police said. He was processed at Southampton Town Police headquarters and held for morning arraignment, police said.
No injuries were reported, police said.
