Man Charged With DWI After Flanders Crash: Police
A Flanders man was arrested and charged after the crash, police say.
FLANDERS, NY — A Flanders man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a crash Friday night, police said.
The crash took place at 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of Flanders Road and County Road 105 in Flanders, Southampton Town police said.
Rebin Chocon Hernandez, 28, was arrested and charged with two counts of misdemeanor DWI and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeanors, as well as issued a summons for driving too close, police said.

He was taken to Southampton Town police headquarters for processing and held overnight for arraignment, police said.
