Man Charged With DWI After Montauk Highway Crash In Southampton: PD
No injuries were reported, police say.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Hampton Bays man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a crash in Southampton Wednesday night, police said.
According to Southampton Town police, the two-car crash took place at 10:36 p.m. on Montauk Highway near Tuckahoe Lane in Southampton. No one was injured in the crash, police said.
Juan P. Germiniano Hernandez, 44, was arrested at the scene and then transported to Southampton Town police headquarters for processing, police said.

Germimiano Hernandez was charged with misdemeanor DWI and unlicensed operation, a violation, police said. He was held overnight for morning arraignment at Southampton Town Justice Court.
