Man Charged With DWI In Flanders Sunday Night: Police
He was arrested after being seen failing to yield the right of way, police say.
FLANDERS, NY — A Flanders man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated Sunday night, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, at 7:21 p.m., an officer observed Humberto SebastianPedro, 41, fail to yield the right of way while turning onto Flanders Road in Flanders.
SebastianPedro was arrested and charged with misdemeanor DWI and numerous
traffic infractions, police said. SebastianPedro was processed at Southampton Town Police HQ and held for morning arraignment, police said.
