HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A Hampton Bays man was arrested and charged in relation to both an assault at a North Sea home and a burglary at the Southampton Youth Services recreational facility, police said.

Leone-Rojas, who also uses alias names of Antonio Rojas, Toni Rojas, Toni Leone, and multiple combinations of the name, was located a short while later and arrested, police said. His initial arrest charges were third-degree assault and second-degree contempt, both misdemeanors, police said.
