Missing Woman Found Safe After Vehicle Found On Hamptons Beach

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A missing Brooklyn woman who was believed to have been in the Hamptons has been found safe, police said.

According to Southampton Town Police, Casie Penatello, 22, was reported missing at the 63rd Precinct in New York City on Sunday. Her vehicle was found on a Bridgehampton beach and Southampton police detectives were working with the New York Police Department's detectives to try and "piece together" where she was, police said.

She was located unharmed and in good health by East Hampton Village Police, authorities said.
