The Inn, a release said, is located in a 17th century Dutch Colonial building that accommodates nine rooms with two suites, a spacious dining room with cathedral ceilings, two fireplaces and an inviting bar.
The restaurant will include a beautifully landscaped outdoor terrace that can accommodate over 100 guests and private events, the release added.

Prior to Maison Vivienne, the space was the home of a sushi restaurant, Kozu, a Greek restaurant, Nammos, and the iconic Nello Summertimes.
Free parking and valet parking will be available as well as free WiFi, air conditioning, and private check-in and checkout for guests. Each room will sport its own flat-screen TV.
Guests will receive Hermès luxury toiletries, Frette linens, towels and bathrobes — and each room has a European-style full shower, flat screen TV and access to room service from the restaurant.
Designed by Paris K Studio, the main dining room features 20’ cathedral ceilings with original 17th century beams that emanate the traditional New England style of the Hamptons while also bringing in a classic South of France influence. A large glass wine cellar will hold more than 2,000 bottles.
The French Provence cuisine, created by Michelin Star Executive Chef Wolfgang Ban, will offer a modern take on classic South of France cuisine, including offerings such as the cote de bouef and roasted heritage chicken for two, which will be presented tableside.
The restaurant will be open Monday through Sunday from 12 p.m. to midnight. Lunch will be served from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to midnight.
