Opa! Hamptons Greek Festival Kicks Off In Southampton: Photos

Enjoy mouthwatering Greek dishes and desserts, traditional dances, rides, a raffle, vendors and more; the festival continues through Sunday.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — Opa! was in the air Thursday night as one of the most beloved events of the season returned to Southampton — the Hamptons Greek Festival kicked off for the first time since the pandemic.

The event will be held Thursday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 9 p.m. at the Dormition of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church of the Hamptons, located at 111 Saint Andrews Road in Southampton.

Along with an array of homemade Greek foods and pastries, the event features dancing to live, traditional Greek music, vendors and shopping, rides and games, an art show, and a raffle for either a new car or a cash prize of $25,000.

Admission and shuttle buses to off-site parking are free; valet parking is available for an additional cost.
