Police: Drunk Water Mill Man Injured After Accident
The man was treated and released at Southampton Hospital for minor injuries.

Southampton Town Police arrested a Water Mill man on a DWI charge after he was involved in an accident where he suffered minor injuries.
On Wednesday, Nov. 5, at about 1:40 p.m. on Water Mill Towd Road, in Water Mill, police responded to a call of a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival it was learned that John D. Zaluski, 54, was the operator.
He was found to be intoxicated and arrested. Zaluski was transported by ambulance to Southampton Hospital for treatment of minor injuries and released.

He was transported to the Southampton Town Police Headquarters for arrest processing. Zaluski was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and refused pre-screen breath test, an infraction.
He was held for morning arraignment.
