Police: Pregnant Hampton Bays Woman, Riverhead Woman in Possession of Crack Cocaine
Southampton Town Police arrested the two women on Friday in Hampton Bays.

Southampton Town Police arrested a pregnant Hampton Bays woman and a Riverhead woman who were found to be in possession of crack cocaine on Friday, police said.
Kimberly Kulick, 30, of Hampton Bays, was stopped for speeding on Bittersweet Avenue in Hampton Bays with passenger Carolyn Parker, 42, of Riverhead.
An investigation found Kulick to have suspended license, and to be in possession of a quanity of crack cocaine, police said. Officers on scene had Kulick, who is pregnant, sit on rear tailgate of her vehicle.

Officers then asked Parker to exit, she refused to exit, at which time she jumped into driver’s seat and fled scene causing Kulick to fall from truck, police said. Alert officers caught Kulick before she hit the ground.
A pursuit ensued that ended with police using stop sticks to stop vehicle. Parker was also found to be in possession of crack cocaine, police said.

Kulick was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and aggravated unlicensed in the second degree. She was released on bail and has a court appearance at a later date.
Parker was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, reckless endangerment in the second degree, obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree, and numerous traffic violations. Parker was held for morning arraignment.
