Police: Southampton Man With 3 Outstanding Warrants Charged With DWI
The man was arrested after police received calls of a man who appeared to be sleeping at a stop light, police say.

A Southampton man with three outstanding warrants was arrested on a DWI charge after he was found drunk in his car stopped at a traffic light in Southampton on Friday night, according to Southampton Town Police
Police received calls about a car stopped at the traffic light at Magee Street and CR-39 and the driver appears to be sleeping in the car at about 8:20 p.m., police said.
Officers arrived and after speaking with the driver, Ober Aguilar, 37, they found he was drunk, according to police.

He was arrested and transported to police headquarters for processin, according to police.
Aguilar was also found to have three outstanding warrants, police said.

He was held overnight for arraignment the next day and released on $900 bail, according to police.
He was charged with DWI, third degree aggravated unlicensed operation and several vehicle and traffic violations, according to police.
