Police: Southampton Man Arrested After Minor Car Accident in Bar Parking Lot
The incident occurred on Saturday night.
A Southampton man was arrested on a DWI charge after a minor crash at the parking lot of a Hampton Bays bar on Saturday morning, according to Southampton Town Police.
Isaias C. Varga, 28, was involved in a minor car accident in the parking lot of CB’s Bar on 214 West Montauk Highway at about 4:49 a.m., police said.
During the investigation police learned that Vargas was intoxicated, according to police.

He was charged with: aggravated DWI, first degree aggravated unlicensed operation, circumvent interlock device, and unlicensed operation, police said.
He was transported to the Southampton Town Police Headquarters for processing and held for arraignment.
