Popular Southampton Brewery, Restaurant Property Sold

The business will remain under the same owner.

The Southampton Village property that has housed the popular brewery and restaurant, Southampton Publick House, since 1996 was recently sold, but the business will still remain under the same owner.

The business’ current owner, Don Sullivan, announced that the property, located on 40 Bowden Square, was sold earlier this month to Bridgehampton Equities by former landlord, Pascal Associates Inc., based in Garden City, according to a report in 27east.

Sullivan is currently negotiating a new lease with that company, and may have to relocate Publick House if a new lease agreement can’t be made, 27east reports.
