Pin High has commenced with planned improvements: The pro shop has been renovated and features golf equipment from all major manufacturers as well as a broad array of apparel. In addition, visitors can enjoy new pull carts, ball machines, mats and tee dividers.

Improving course conditions is one of the management team’s main goals and a new greens grew has already begun making enhancements.

Poxabogue Golf Center will also be offering an expanded junior golf program, summer camps, adult clinics, club fitting, and demo days with Titleist, Ping, Mizuno, and Callaway.

In November, Southampton Town announced that they were accepting proposals for a new owner of the Sagaponack Golf Center where a manager was arrested for taking a picture of a child’s crotch.

The manager, 46-year-old Steven Lee, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested after several golf center employees informed police that he took a photo of the crotch area of a female minor through a one way window and displayed the photo to them, according to police.

He then turned himself in to Southampton Town Police headquarters, where he was processed on charges of second degree unlawful surveillance and endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
