Sag Harbor Man Caught With Concentrated Cannabis, LSD, Cocaine, Marijuana: Cops

He was found with 21 cylinders of concentrated cannabis in his vehicle, as well as LSD and cocaine, police say.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — A Sag Harbor man is facing felony charges after he was found with drugs in his vehicle in East Hampton, police said.

According to East Hampton Town Police, Richard Anthony Grigonis, 24, was arrested on Saturday at 7:49 p.m. at Breeze Hill Road in East Hampton and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, after he was found to have, in his vehicle, 21 cylinder containers with concentrated cannabis weighing more than one fourth of an ounce, police said.

Grigonis was also charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, LSD, a felony, after he was found to have one milligram or more of lysergic acid diethylamide; he possessed a silver pouch containing two sheets of lysergic acid diethylamide in his wallet, police said.

In addition, he was charged with fourth degree criminal possession of marijuana, aggregate weight more than 2 ounces, a misdemeanor; he had two large plastic bags containing a green, leafy substance, one under his left leg while seated in the vehicle and the other located behind the driver's seat, police said.

Grigonis was also charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, after he was found with a small, clear, plastic bag in his wallet containing a white, powder-like substance that later tested positive for the presence of cocaine using the Scott Reagent test, police said.

Bail was set at $10,000, police said.
