Sag Harbor Man Cuffed for Drunk Driving: Police
The driver was seen crossing into the center median, police said.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Sag Harbor man was charged with driving drunk after he crossed over onto the center median, police said.
According to East Hampton ToTwn Police, Ernesto X. Pulla-Vizcho, 31, was arrested on Oct. 30 at 4:30 p.m. on Montauk Highway near Amy's Lane and charge with driving while intoxicated, first offense, a misdemeanor, police said. He was also charged with aggravated DWI, per se BAC 18 percent of 1 percent or more alcohol in blood, no priors, a misdemeanor, police said.
Pulla-Vizcho was seen driving a 2000 Honda west and failing to maintain his lane by crossing into the center median and also had a defective taillight, police said.

Upon investigation, he was found to have the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, bloodshot, glassy eyes, slurred speech, was unsteady on his feet exiting the vehicle, and failed all standardized field sobriety tests administered, police said.
Cash bail was set at $500, police said.
