
SAG HARBOR, NY — Residents approved a proposed $41,880,896 Sag Harbor Union Free School District budget that reflected a budget-to-budget increase of 4.95 percent and a board approved tax levy increase of 3.51 percent by a vote of 353 to 162.
Board of education incumbents Susan Schaefer and candidate Jordana Sobey ran unopposed and received 436 and 389 votes, respectively.
Proposition 2, regarding transporting students to 1/2 mile limit passed, 343 to 170.
