Scaler Lecture Series | Wesley Enoch
Aboriginal Traditions in Contemporary Australian Culture
Wednesday, August 10, 2016 7:30pm
This lecture will kick off Enoch & Wilson’s workshop of the upcoming production “Song Lines,” a commission for the Sydney Festival.
The Watermill Center is thrilled to present this year’s Scaler Summer Lecture Series, Watermill’s annual arts and science speaker series. Each year, Robert Wilson invites distinguished scholars and thinkers to present work to the public. Past lecturers include Marina Abramovic, Daniel Libeskind, and Hilton Als. In the spirit of The Watermill Center’s mission to encourage creative experimentation, this year we are thrilled to present a range of speakers who are unparalleled innovators in their field, including Pussy Riot, Fern Mallis, Philip Glass, and Tom Hennes. Our summer lecture series is made possible by the generous support of the Scaler Foundation.
