This bar is packed with nutritious immune boosting , low fat, low sugar and high fiber ingredients. The ingredients include: Oat Bran, flax, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sunflower butter and maple syrup. It is VEGAN, NUT FREE AND GLUTENT FREE.
