Southampton Assistant Principal Named Elementary Assistant Principal of the Year

Southampton Elementary School Assistant Principal Dr. Michael Grimaldi was recently named the Council of Administrators and Supervisors’ (CAS) 2015 Elementary Assistant Principal of the Year.

Grimaldi was honored at the CAS Delegate Assembly on earlier last week.

The achievement is a result of Grimaldi having been nominated on the basis of “diligence, professionalism, and time he has dedicated to SES and the community.”

CAS counts 6,100 Principals, Assistant Principals, Supervisors and Education Administrators as well as nearly 6,400 retired school supervisors from New York City and Long Island among its membership, is Local 1 of the American Federation of School Administrators and is affiliated with the NYS Federation of School Administrators.
