How’s It Taste? The burger was thick and perfectly juicy; most likely an 85/15 fat ratio. The generous portion of thick cut bacon that topped the patty was flavorful, juicy and perfectly crispy, without being overly crunchy. The crowning achievement was the deliciously rich and creamy horseradish sauce. Just spicy enough – it was the perfect complement to the salty bacon and helped cut the richness of the burger as a whole. The tangy, sourdough bun nicely sopped up the horseradish sauce and stood up to the juiciness of the burger.
Overall, the Sully is a unique and delicious take on comfort food offered in the perfect pub atmosphere.

Sides: Served with French fries, macaroni salad and a pickle spear as well as lettuce and tomato to top the burger. The macaroni salad has a classic mayonnaise based dressing, but needed a little salt – for my taste. The fries were nicely done. They were thickly cut and perfectly crisp on the outside seasoned with just the right amount of salt. I started my meal off with the super tasty Irish Nachos ($8), made with chili with beans, cheddar and sour cream topping crispy potato chips, and complemented it with a bottle of Stella Artois.
