Southampton Man Charged With Felony DWI: Police
He was arrested early Thursday, police say.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Southampton man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated early Thursday, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, Raul BonillaPerez, 32, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. and charged with felony DWI, due to a prior conviction.
BonillaPerez failed to maintain his lane of travel on Noyac Road in Southampton; further police investigation revealed that BonillaPerez was intoxicated, police said.

BonillaPerez was processed at Southampton Town Police headquarters and held for morning arraignment, police said.
