State Police Report: Five Arrests Made in Southampton
Four DWI arrests and one drug-related arrest were made by police this week.

The State Police recently reported five arrests that were made on the East End for the week of Sept. 14.
The following arrests were reported by the New York State Police:
- John Windels, 24, of Hampton Bays, was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 15 for unlawful possession of marijuana. Windels was stopped for having a headlight out, while traveling southbound on Ponquogue Avenue, in Southampton. Investigation revealed Windels to be in possession of marijuana. He was released on uniform traffic tickets and an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on Sept. 23.
- Earl Ingram, 56, of Mastic, was arrested for DWI on Thursday after being stopped for vehicle and traffic violations, while driving eastbound on Pine Street in Southampton. Investigation revealed Ingram to be intoxicated. He was held for a morning arraignment in the Town of Southampton Court.
- Maureen Hendrickson, 54, of Whitestone, NY was arrested on Saturday for aggravated DWI after being stopped for vehicle and traffic violations, while driving westbound on State Route 27 in Southampton. Investigation revealed Hendrickson to be intoxicated. He was released on uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on Sept. 28.
- Jorge Morocho, 25, of Hampton Bays, was arrested on Sunday for aggravated DWI after being stopped for vehicle and traffic violations, while driving northbound on Squiretown Road in Southampton. Investigation revealed Morocho to be drunk. He was released on uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on Oct. 5.
- Jose Cubule Tocay, 29, of East Hampton was arrested on Sunday for DWI after being stopped for vehicle and traffic violations, while driving northbound North Road in Southampton. Police found that Cubule Tocay was drunk. He was held for morning arraignment in the Town of Southampton Court.
