Thieves Cut Locks On Trailers, Steal Equipment In Quogue: Police
The equipment was stolen from a commercial lot in Quogue, police say.

QUOGUE, NY — Police are searching for whoever stole equipment from a commercial lot in Quogue this month, officials said.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Quogue Village Police Department detectives are asking for the public's help to find two people who cut locks on trailers and stole backpack blowers, lawn trimmers, chainsaws, generators and other equipment from 8 Midhampton Ave. on Dec. 4 at 11:30 p.m., police said.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, utilizing a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com.
