Town Police Log: 2 Charged With Drinking and Driving

The following information was supplied by the Southampton Town Police department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate convictions.

Driving Impaired by Alcohol, Marijuana

• Felicia Biscardi, 21, of East Hampton, was arrested Feb. 27 at 10:53 p.m. at the intersection of Long Beach Road and Noyac Road in Noyac. She was charged with driving while impaired by alcohol and marijuana, a misdemeanor. Police said Biscardi also had marijuana in her possession. She was initially stopped for speeding and was cited for that charge, a traffic infraction, police said.

Driving While Intoxicated

• Luis Ortega-Pillacela, 37, of Southampton, was arrested at Montauk Highway and Willow Road in Water Mill at 10:41 p.m. and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, and refusing a breath screening test for alcohol intoxication.
