Please note that due to the increasing volume of patients seeking COVID-19 Vaccines and Booster Doses, we are no longer accepting walk-ins at Parrish Memorial Hall. All Vaccinations are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Patients can schedule directly online at: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/SBSHCOVID19VaccineSouthamptonNY@stonybrookmedicine.edu/bookings/

MODERNA is administered Mondays and Wednesdays.

Pfizer is administered on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Hours of operation are from 12 pm to 6 pm.
