SOUTHAMPTON, NY — Hungry in the Hamptons and no one to deliver? Fans of Uber Eats will be pleased to know that the app could be coming to the East End soon.
"We are exploring the possibility — stay tuned!" said Uber media representative Danielle Filson.
Uber Eats is Uber's stand-alone meal delivery app that "makes getting food as easy as requesting a ride, whether you're at home, the office, or the beach," according to Uber.

Uber said it's leveraging its technology and expanding its delivery partner network to deliver food to hungry customers who can track their order, customize their drop off, and use the same account they use to take rides.
Uber Eats is currently available in more than 200 cities in 32 countries in all inhabitable continents around the globe, representatives for the company said.
