Wölffer Releases Aged Rosé Vinegar

The vinegar is made from rosé wine that has been allowed to oxidize, Edible East End reports.

in Sagaponack put out new bottles of vinegar this fall, available exclusively from Wölffer's website, Edible East End reports.

Just 414 500-milliliter bottles of Wölffer's aged rosé vinegar were produced, made from 2009 grapes and bottled by hand in 2010, according to the vineyard.
