Located at The Southampton Inn, central to the Southampton Village on Hill Street is Oso. This restaurant offers modern American fare, which is also served al fresco or poolside in the summer. Guests at the Inn can enjoy breakfast in the restaurant, consisting of fresh baked goods and freshly squeezed juices with local ingredients. During the winter, the restaurant offers a variety of holiday dinners and events.

Carrying a vast selection of shells, starfish, sand dollars, jewelry, accessories and and coral, Blooming Shells is a great place to pick up a little trinket to remind you of the beach.

James B. Fairchild in Southampton Village is a retail shop offering a wide selection of trinkets and gifts. This establishment provides products from various brands, including Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, Hermes, Givenchy, Prada and others. Various art pieces, including photographs, floral prints, painting and sculptures are available, as well as jewelry and handbags.

Hamptons Massage Therapist, based in Sag Harbor, provides a wide selection of massage therapy services. Licensed massage therapist Carla Gargano offers deep tissue massage and traditional swedish massage, as well as trigger point therapy.

F. Michael Hemmer Land Surveyor company serves Sag Harbor, Shelter Island, Southampton and East Hampton for residential to large-scale projects. The firm was started by Michael Hemmer, a land surveyor since 1987; John Landi; and includes  Karen Sperling of Sag Harbor and Pat Donahue on Shelter Island. Warren's Nursery in Water Mill includes a nursery, garden shop, and landscape design, lawn maintenance, and masonry departments. Since 1995, the nursery has been growing more than 80 species of shade trees and native ornamental shrubs on a 100-acre farm, though the business is more than 60 years old. The garden shop, located on Montauk Highway, sells indoor and outdoor plants, pots, gardening gifts and home and garden decor. The professional design team also installs water features, designs outdoor lighting schemes and builds raised planter beds, among other services.
