LI Woman Drove While Intoxicated With 2 Children, 8 and 2, In SUV: PD

FLANDERS, NY — A Sag Harbor woman was arrested Friday after she was found driving while intoxicated with two children, ages 2 and 8, in her SUV, police said.

According to New York State Police, Jenna Chase, 28, was arrested on Friday just before 10:30 p.m. on Flanders Road in Flanders; Chase was driving a 2013 GMC Arcadia with the two children in the vehicle, authorities said.

Chase was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI under Leandra's Law, as well as endangering the welfare of a child, police said.

She will be arraigned in Southampton Town Justice Court on September 19, police said.
