13K Without Power In Putnam After Sunday Storm
NYSEG reports power outages throughout its coverage area in the Hudson Valley.

PUTNAM COUNTY, NY — About 13,000 customers are without power Monday morning in Putnam County after an overnight storm downed power lines. NYSEG was working on restoring power to 33,000 customers as of 7 a.m.
Among the hardest hit in Putnam: Carmel, with 4,576; Putnam Valley with 2,565; Kent with 2,314; Patterson with 2,107; and Southeast with 1,420.
The outages are being assessed and restoration time is in many cases unknown.
