2016 Big Latch On
PCDOH along with New York-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital are hosting a free event
Breastfeeding Moms: Save-the-date, August 5th
On Friday, August 5, breastfeeding moms in Putnam County and the surrounding area will join thousands of others from around the world for the 2016 BIG LATCH ON.
Last year more than 14,000 women and their children came together and breastfed simultaneously. We are out to break that record this year!

Putnam County’s local event is hosted by the PCDOH and New York-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital and will take place at the Carmel Fire Department, 94 Gleneida Avenue, from 9:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Door prizes, information, activities and refreshments will be provided. Preregistration is preferred but walk-ins are welcome. First 25 people to register will be guaranteed a gift bag.
