PUTNAM COUNTY, NY — Putnam County Board of Elections Commissioners Catherine P. Croft and Anthony G. Scannapieco, Jr. have announced permanent and temporary changes to several poll locations, including where people in those election districts can vote early.

In addition to this announcement, postcards will be sent to all voters in Carmel and Philipstown that are eligible to vote in the June 28th Primary and that are affected by the temporary polling place changes, Democratic Commissioner of Elections Cathy Croft told Patch.

As for the permanent change: "Voters in SE02 and SE04 were notified on the MAIL CHECK cards that were sent out earlier in the year, of their new polling site located at the Brewster Public Library," she said. "Prior to the next election voters in SE02 and SE04 are eligible to vote in, they will also receive letters from the BOE notifying them of their new poll site."
