3 New Members on Putnam County Children's Committee

The committee issued this statement to welcome them and ask for public support.

The Putnam County Children’s Committee, Inc is pleased to welcome new members Eileen Kelly, Betsy Lampersberger, Pat Lavan and Linda Amicucci to our organization, dedicated solely to assisting needy children!

The Putnam County Children’s Committee 2014 Fund Drive is underway and truly needs your help! The Putnam County Children’s Committee, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to local children in need of aid for health, education and/or welfare. This committee has been in existence for over ninety years, contributing to various programs and activities. When other sources of assistance have been exhausted, PCCC steps in to provide clothing and other necessities. Some examples include caring for victims of poverty, abuse, family hardships and emergencies. Requests are made by social workers, school personnel, recreation directors and pastors. Upon examination and approval, the committee will help fund these requests.
PCCC also contributes money for school supplies, foster children’s care, holiday gifts, scholarships and more throughout the year. 100% of donations are used for programs that give direct help to Putnam County Children as the committee members underwrite for the cost of all fundraising expenses. Won’t you please help us continue this work!

PCCC is a 501(c)(3) charity and any gift is tax exempt for federal income tax purposes. Tax-deductable donations may be sent to: Putnam County Children’s Committee, P.O. Box 187, Carmel N.Y. 10512
