4 Charged In Brewster, Southeast With DWI: State Police

SOUTHEAST, NY — New York State Police in Troop K said they removed 22 impaired drivers from the public roadways during the Dec. 7, weekend. Among them were four people arrested in Brewster and Southeast — including three from Connecticut.

• State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Herber Gonzalez Salazar, 36, of Brewster, NY, on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated on Dec. 7. He was traveling on North Main Street in the village of Brewster, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol,
• New York State police from Brewster arrested Joseph R. Dilascio, 21, of Brookfield, CT, for DWI on Dec. 8. He was traveling on State Route 6 in the town of Southeast when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police alleged.
• New York state troopers arrested Jhon J. Penaherrera, 19, of Danbury, CT, on a charge of DWI Dec. 8. He was traveling on State Route 6 in Southeast when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police said.
• On Dec. 8, state troopers arrested Sergio V. Castro Torres, 45, of Danbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on North Salem Road in Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police alleged.
