The Schoolhouse Theater is thrilled to welcome back world-renowned mime artist and actor, Bill Bowers, who will bring his acclaimed production, Beyond Words, to Croton Falls for one performance only on Sunday, December 7 at 3:00pm. Bill appeared recently on Meredith Vieira’s new talk show which airs on NBC-Channel 4 in the New York area.

Beyond Words is a collection of mime, music and monologues that chronicles the hilarious and traumatic business of becoming a man. Set against the backdrop of Bower’s hometown of Missoula, Montana, he explores sound, silence and small-town America. Bill Bowers wrote the show. It is directed by Scott Illingworth.

Beyond Words is the perfect theatrical event and has been performed for enthusiastic audiences Off-Broadway in New York City, across the United States and at the White House. The New York Times has said, “To see Bill Bowers is to see the technical elements of a style that bring Marcel Marceau readily to mind. Mime can be wonderful...the air between him and us was his palette.”
The Schoolhouse is a regional Equity theater, dedicated to presenting professional theatrical performances by award-winning playwrights and to support and promote other art forms.
