Agenda for Brewster Village Board Meeting includes Signage, Cabaret Laws

BREWSTER, NY — The Board of Trustees of the Village of Brewster is holding three Public Hearings beginning at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, followed by a Regular Meeting at which the trustees will vote on two of the three issues on which the hearings are being held.

The meeting is at Village Hall, 50 Main Street, Brewster, NY 10509.

Chapter 199 Signs

7:30 P.M.

For the purpose of obtaining public input in regard to amending Chapter 199 – Signs of the Village Code (proposed local law 1 of 2017)

Public Hearing 2

Chapter 263 – Cabarets, Special Exception Use Permits

7:31 P.M. or as soon thereafter as time permits

For the purpose of obtaining public input in regard to amending Chapter 263-9, 263-11, 263-20 and any other code that may be affected by said amendments establishing Cabarets as a Special Exception Use Permit of the Village Code (proposed local law 2 of 2017)

To take and hear comments on the 2017-2018 Tentative Budget as proposed by the Board of Trustees.
