Baby Killed in NYC, Dumped in Dutchess, Man Charged
He and the mother apparently stayed in Southeast on the way to the woods where they left the body.
New York City police investigating the death of a 2-month-old baby have arrested the mother’s boyfriend, according to The Journal News.
Jose Feliciano, 51, faces murder charges.
The mother apparently told a staffer at White Plains Hospital where the baby was, the Journal News reported.

The couple possibly spent the night at Heidi’s Inn in Southeast on their way to Dover. Police found the body in the woods off Route 22 and Kitchen Corner Road.
