Blood Drive Scheduled In Patterson
It will be co-hosted by the American Red Cross, Town of Patterson Recreation and Parks Office and Assemblyman Kevin Byrne.
PUTNAM COUNTY, NY — The American Red Cross, Town of Patterson Recreation and Parks Office and Assemblyman Kevin Byrne will host a blood drive Aug. 24 at the Patterson Rec Center.
The blood drive will take place from noon to 5 p.m. at the center at 65 Front St.
"Donating blood is one of the simplest yet very meaningful ways you can help out our community,” said Byrne. “It doesn’t take long and is a relatively small sacrifice for one person which can be lifesaving to another. Blood banks are always in need of donations, so please consider signing up to donate blood today. I plan to donate again that day and hope to see you there!”
