Board of Ed Letter to the Brewster Schools Community

Dear Brewster Central School District Residents,

We write to inform you that Board of Education Trustee Daniel Heintz submitted his resignation as a member of the Board yesterday. Mr. Heintz cited his demanding work schedule as the primary reason for this decision.

We would like to acknowledge him for his service over the past two years in our District and for the difficult decision he made in stepping down.

The Board will be convening a work session tomorrow evening to discuss our options with respect to the two vacant Trustee seats. This work session will be available for public viewing via this link.
Upon conclusion of this meeting, the Board will send a letter to the community relaying its decision as to how it will proceed.
